If for any reason you are not satisfied with your skin care products, you may return them within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. The products must be in their original packaging, unopened and unused. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy:

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not already been shipped. If your order has already been shipped, you may still return the products within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, as described in our Refund Policy. To request a return or cancellation, please contact our customer service team by email or phone, and provide your order number and reason for the return or cancellation. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the products, and issue a refund once we have received and processed your return.
